#theperfectinvitee by Isabel Guarch
The good weather has begun and, with it, the season of celebrations and events. Therefore, we do not stop creating new pieces that inspire you in creating your perfect #invitee look. Some of our clients do not hesitate in bringing us the dress they have selected, so we are able to advise them and personalize their jewellery to complete their special look. In this small shooting, we have reproduced the creation process of 2 #lookinvitee with the Isabel Guarch stamp.
For this, we have two accomplices, as well as neighbours: Teo from Ángel Schlesser, Palma de Mallorca and Ana which, in addition to supporting Teo in AS, has a secret passion which perhaps some will know: Le Tresor d´Anne, a brand that creates beautiful personalized fascinators, completely made by hand. And how to show that customization is not only our post but the essence of our service, there is nothing better than to be surrounded by brands alike, committed to the quality of the design and offering of the product, as well as in the attention to detail. Teo and Isabel agree that they both know how to find the perfect piece for every woman, which compliments them and enhances them; the best choice for every moment. #LOOK 1 the jewels were the starting point. We knew very clearly that our choice for this season #lookinvitee had to include some of our stunning XL earrings made from sterling silver, with 18ct gold plating, the matt effect, topped with semi-precious gemstones in different shades and forms.
The beautiful mauve sleeveless jacket, with a loop which is knotted at the arms in a decorative manner, was the perfect piece we decided on. The Wow effect! which we already had but we wanted more. If there is a safe choice for this season, it is the pieces from the CORDA-T capsule collection. A bracelet and a ring with an entertwined effect, in silver with gold-plating, and gemstones in three harmonies of color. Already we will tell you about this in another post, the beautiful concept behind it, but for the moment, we are left with their knotted, discrete and compelling profiles. You won't know which color to choose. Blue lapis lazuli? Pastel tones? With a yellow stone? And as we do not say NO to anything, finish off the ensemble with a Sinamay turban style fascinator, with a huge bow that lends a flirtatious mood and somewhat mysterious feel beside Lyndsay's beautiful feline eyes. We wanted it to be the trouser look, to be a little less obvious, because it gave that touch of male sobriety but also sexy; This season we should be wearing them slightly shorter, allowing us to see the minimal sandal straps, like these suede violet sandals also from Angel Schlesser. #LOOK 2 We had the suit, neutral and versatile and we were missing the jewels and accessories to convert us into the guest or protagonist of a spring-summer event. A long cross over sleevless jacket, in a blend of cotton, linen and wool, ideal for spring with skinny ankle length pants. What could be called an updated pant suit. We liked this look for versatility and because it coincides with the simplicity and elegance of Isabel Guarch parameters. A way to draw attention more silently, letting the jewels speak and stand out.
As soon as we saw it, we thought immediately of pearls, very Isabel Guarch, especially the baroque pearl for which we have a weakness and that this season, are a trend in all kinds of styles. Two strong pieces, with fresh mountings that remove the classic look of pearls themselves: a necklace in a chocker style with three strands, topped by a gold plated flower. And framing the neckline, an important long necklace made from baroque pearls, for the same reason, which can be placed in different positions: central or asymmetric (as in the photo), which is an option that we always propose. Both pieces appear to be compensating the other and yet once we see them together we could no longer imagine them separately. For the rest of jewels, we decided to continue with an accumulation of pearls: 3 asymmetric cuffs, each topped with baroque pearl and an 18ct gold plated disc. Once again, better together than apart. And, finally a pearl ring with a winding profile that completed the ensemble. And to break down the white with some color: fuchsia certainly was the answer. An explosive, spring, and flattering pink. We fell in love from the first moment with this fascinator from Le Tresor d´Anne, the Sinamay look, with feather detail and a small silk tulle veil. We only lacked a fuchsia clutch bag and the same sandals that we use in look 1, all from Angel Schlessser in Palma. An example of two discrete and spectacular proposals at the same time.
