How to buy in the Isabel Guarch online store?

1.- Place the mouse cursor over the picture of the product you are interested in to display the product card.

2.- If you are interested in buying the product, click on the option "add to cart".

3.- A new pop-up window will open, which will inform you of the products added to your shopping cart and allow you to choose between, by clicking the corresponding button, "continue shopping" to return to the store or "go to checkout" to start the purchase process of the selected products.

4.- Clicking "go to checkout" starts the purchase process in five steps, which will be explained below:

5.- Summary

On this screen will appear the selected product, the unit price of the product, the units you want to purchase (by default, one. Please, if you want more than one enter the number of units manually) and the total price.

6.- Login

To purchase in Isabel Guarch's online store it is necessary to register and create a user account.

If you already are, please log in to your account by entering your username and password.

If you are not yet a registered user, please enter your email address in the box above the "create an account" button and click on the latter: a new screen will open where you will be asked for the necessary data to create your user account and you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

You will not be able to continue the registration process if you do not check the box regarding the information on personal data protection has been made available to you and you accept it.

If you do not wish to receive commercial or promotional information from Isabel Guarch, please check the box provided for that purpose.

7.- Address

Once you have identified yourself as a user or, where appropriate, created the account, you can modify or update your data and add new delivery addresses.

Click again on the "checkout" button to proceed to the next step of the sales process.

8.- Transport

Choose the address where you want to receive your order and the means of delivery among the available options.

The price of each delivery option is indicated for each of them.

You can also indicate if you accept to receive your order in recycled packaging and choose if you want to receive it wrapped in gift paper.

Click "go to checkout" to continue the checkout process.

9.- Click on the payment method offered:

Payment by credit or debit card issued by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS

Payment will always be made through the bank's secure payment gateway. Your card or account information will not be known by our company. Guarch Collection S.L. will only receive from the payment gateway the confirmation of its realization and an alphanumeric code assigned to the transaction in case it is necessary to carry out some later action in relation to the same.

Verified the payment information will appear in this sense in the screen of your computer and in a few minutes you will receive in your e-mail message confirming your order, with all the data of the same one and the payment, attaching to the same ones the purchase invoice in PDF format. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase for any eventuality that may occur in relation to your order.

The certificate of authenticity of the purchased product will be sent along with it.

10.- Once the payment is verified you will receive the purchased product within the delivery time established for each destination and delivery method.
