Three simple steps and your jewellery will flaunt a renewed and very current design.  

 

Select all the jewellery, gold or silver, that you do not wear anymore. Collect all the bands of precious stones that you have brought from your trips or the rosaries that you no longer use. Check all the inherited pieces with high sentimental value for you.

 

If you cannot visit us in person and you want to know what we can do with your pieces, it is extremely simple. Take a picture and send it via WhatsApp to +34 689 086 001, or via email to redesign@isabelguarch.com.

Once we have received everything, we will contact you, and we will give you design ideas as well as the approximate estimate without any obligation.

Or, if you prefer it, we can assist you personally in our Boutique - Atelier in Plaça del Mercat, 16 in Palma de Mallorca. Together, we will redesign your pieces. It is simpler than you might imagine.

We know that you follow us and that you like our designs, and for all of that, we want to get closer to you with this redesign service which is both agile and effective. 

 

Do you like the idea? We will make an inventory of the total amount of pieces you leave us. Are you unable to visit us in person? We will send you our insured courier service, wherever you tell us. Once we receive the pieces… All hands on deck!! We will provide you an estimate or else we will adapt to your budget.

In our after-sale service, not only do we take care of any incident that may arise with recently acquired jewellery, but we also provide you with solutions for the pieces that you acquired a long time ago, either because they have become unpaired due to loss, or because they have gone out-of-fashion and you want to transform them into a current fashionable design.

In the case of not being able to prepare stone earrings due to limited stock, we can design a beautiful pendant with the earring that was left. We can give you a solution for any piece.

Both our REDESIGN service and our AFTER-SALE service have been created to bring your jewellery to life in an agile and close way.
